#8 30 Day Writing Challenge- What You Ate Today

My wrist has been really messed up today. I went to the hospital to ensure it wasn't broken, and it isn't, as I basically knew. But I was taking the day off work because of my wrist, so I figured I should use the time to actually figure out what's wrong with it. It's just a stress injury.

Anyways. Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast:
- Coffee w/ milk and sugar
- Cereal- a mix between 2 different kinds of kashi, cheerios and special k satisfaction, with skim milk

- Iced coffee from tim hortons

Lunch:
-I went to Dennys and had 1 whole wheat pancake, 4 egg whites, iced coffee and yogurt

- Iced Coffee

Dinner:
- Rice with corn
- Apple
- Coffee

Later I am probably going to make some yonanas with banana and pineapple. Mmm.

I didn't eat that much today, compared to usual. But I am also not working out today and I've been lounging around the hours for the past 5 hours... so... I don't really need the calories. But I still have to eat!

I've also had more coffee than usual. 5 Coffees. Wow. It's partially because I went to tim hortons twice today. On average I usually have 2-3 cups of coffee a day. Weekends I usually have more.

Well. I guess I was mostly healthy other than the coffee and I didn't have as many calories as usual. At dennys I ate healthy. So... that's good!
