Trudeau

Pierre Elliot Trudeau, to be exact.

He has been on my mind lately, for his quote on how the state should stay out of the bedroom. I have just been thinking about him.

Back in the (60s? 70s?) girls loved him. He was the Prime Minister of Canada. Women found him attractive, he won the vote.

He is one of Canada's most interesting Prime ministers in history. I don't actually know how good he was. But he thought differently, and I like that. I would be willing to say he was Canada's most controversial prime minister. From his "state out of the bedroom quote" to his "just watch me" quote.

He... was a badass.

I do not support the Liberal party in any way shape or form, to clarify. But this man is what politics and democracy should be about. Maybe.

I don't know too much about him. But he had some massive charisma. How smart he was, or how right he was for Canada, is for another discussion.

Now, his son, Justin, who is entering politics now, I don't think has any idea what the fuck he is doing. At least he's attractive and had a good father, right? Wrong.

But Pierre did have some good ideas. Like his wanting of all of Canada to be english and french speaking. I don't speak french, but I think it's a good idea. Highly unlikely and ridiculous, but there really aren't any bad ideas, I guess.

He thought outside the box.

I like that.

I don't know. I better get back to studying, but I just wanted to clarify hat leaders of Canada should look up to his badassery, because Canada is too well known for "Following Rules" and we need to be not that, like the way Pierre thought.
